Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 July 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to Subscircle, a service that helps creators and organizations sell and manage access to paid communities across supported third-party platforms. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, activities performed through your account and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

3. The service

Subscircle provides tools for creating organizations, community pages and subscription plans; collecting and tracking payments; managing member records; and delivering community access details. Telegram and WhatsApp are currently supported at different levels of automation. Slack, Discord and other pipeline integrations are not guaranteed until officially released.

4. Community-owner responsibilities

Community owners are responsible for their communities, content, pricing, promises to members, refund policies, taxes, regulatory obligations and lawful handling of member information. You must have authority to connect each community and share its invite details. You must clearly describe what members are buying and provide the access or service promised.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Subscircle to:

  • break any law or facilitate fraud, scams, harassment or exploitation;
  • sell unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content or services;
  • collect personal information without a lawful purpose and appropriate notice;
  • circumvent payment, security or platform controls;
  • upload malware, probe the service, interfere with other users or misuse APIs;
  • misrepresent affiliation with Subscircle or any connected platform.

6. Payments, fees and refunds

Payments may be processed by Moolre or another disclosed payment provider. Processing is subject to the provider’s terms, availability and verification. Community owners are responsible for communicating prices and refund terms to members. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, Subscircle does not guarantee refunds for purchases made from a community owner.

7. Third-party platforms

Subscircle is independent from Telegram, WhatsApp, Google, Slack, Discord and other third-party services. Their terms, technical limitations and availability apply separately. We are not responsible for platform suspensions, API changes, removed groups, invalid invite links or outages outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

Subscircle and its software, branding and original materials remain ours or our licensors’. Users retain ownership of content and branding they upload, while granting us a limited permission to host, display and process that material solely to operate and improve the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risks, unlawful activity, abuse, third-party requirements or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that logically continue after termination—including payment obligations, disclaimers and liability limitations—will survive.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Subscircle is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, revenue, member retention, payment approval, delivery by third parties or continued availability of any integration. Nothing on the service constitutes legal, tax or financial advice.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Subscircle will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, third-party platform actions or disputes between community owners and members. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as the product and applicable requirements evolve. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to subscircleapp@gmail.com.
